Respectful Behaviour

• Zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language of any kind.
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation will result in immediate account suspension or removal.
• Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not. Disagree thoughtfully.
• Do not impersonate other players or staff members under any circumstances.

Fair Play

Our games are designed to be fair and enjoyable for everyone.

• Do not attempt to exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to us immediately via Contact Us.
• Automation tools, bots, and scripts are strictly prohibited. Play manually and authentically.
• If you discover a bug, report it responsibly through our support channels rather than exploiting it.
• All game outcomes are final. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours.

Content Standards

Keep our community space clean, relevant, and appropriate.

• Usernames must be appropriate and non-offensive. Explicit or hateful names will be changed without notice.
• Do not spam. Multiple identical messages, excessive promotions, or repeated links are not permitted.
• No advertising of external services, products, or websites without explicit permission.
• Keep conversations focused on gaming, strategy, and community topics. Off-topic discussions should be brief and respectful.

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to play on AuroraCrownPlay. This is strictly enforced. Attempts to circumvent the age gate, whether through misrepresentation or technical means, will result in permanent removal from the platform.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account removal depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We review all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly before taking action. We reserve the right to make final decisions on enforcement matters.

Include as much detail as possible, including dates, times, and specific messages if applicable. We investigate all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
